Working with Asistants on Lead generation
From time to time the lead generation milestones are not completed in a proper manner.
My response when the key results are not lining up with objectives

There are 3 errors spotted
1-Not diverse applications
2-Category used in a wrong manner
3-Harmfull applications by creating an impersona on a profile base platform and doing proxy applications
There is a langugage gap as the other party mentions when the error is mentioned

they dont mean much as this is the classical response when the emotions go higher and the mistakes are done

After years of work disappointment comes in

the response for 500 is not great as it does not address the problem solution fit

I added I confirm to the form so it is clear

Still it does not make sense if the person who is doing the statement of work does not understand why we are doing this in the first place.
Goal > to land the cv in the recruiters email box without impersonating and converting leads to oppurtunities
The feedback tactic for CTR is to communicate with the contractor,Erdem in this case to tell him to update the cv.
The milestone awaits till the freelancer fixes the work, it is too expensive to train the resourves for small businesses so the main skin in the game is the delivery payment transactional channel and request changes.

Requesting changes is one of the main productivity killers what we want to be able to increase in the first place.
