Getting help from discord

Much more complex and not categorised and one employee trying to catch up and the consumers are trying to read everything from others.

Maybe instead of zoom sessions i can use the discord where everyone can be streamed at all times and my stream cost and the zoom cost is very similar on monthly basis and the streaming has the text and the link support as well.

Basic videos can be uploaded

Sharing on a webpage is easier than the logged in discord and supporting with zoom is straight forward with the consistent quality
