00:05 Thank you for being available so yeah I was reaching out because we have this position we had actually this position for a technical infrastructure architect with focus on open shift in and right hat.

00:27 But but unfortunately the position was closed a couple of days ago but I still would like to have a call with you because I'm doing DevOps Freeline.

00:41 And so I would like to have a quick chat with you about our possible next opportunities is because DevOps shows is all what I do. 00:58 All right, that sounds fair. So what I will do and I hear is I will definitely send you out my late.

01:07 This version of the CV, so you should be able to have my legs version of CV. What I do is I'm a global contractor where I have contracted in five different continents and complete.

01:24 I've worked in big startups small startups as well as big enterprises. Fortune 500 enterprises and I live in Kingdom Cambridge and I'm a seasoned contractor, meaning I work inside and outside of IR 35 roles in the UK.

01:43 I have a company in the U.S. To be able to deliver. The roles in the U.S. And I work in the World Cup as well as in the Asia, Africa and South America to be able to deliver DevOps contracts. 01:58 I see, I see. And where were you like? I'm located right now, so I see from our database that you are in Great Britain, but which city?

02:07 I'm living in Cambridge. In Cambridge? I'm living in Cambridge and I'm right now. I'm sending you a for the UK cover letter, raising me the CV and a short video with the skills metrics and all the questions that came up in my career.

02:27 I edit them in a question and answer format to make sure that you have everything in detail on your end to be able to create any cover letter that you want to be able to create.

02:41 Yeah, perfect. I see all these documents attached to the to, to your previous email. And so I would like to to check with you a couple of minutes.

02:57 Yes, I have a company in Britain, I have a company in United States, and I have a company in 30. 03:08 Uh-huh, good to know in Great Britain, United States, and Turkey. Such as, I did my Qatar contact from Turkey, I did my, a Scottish contract from Britain. 03:23 I did work in Lockheed Martin in with the American company, every company that I use invoices the customer with a closed proxy.

03:36 Yeah, I see, I see, got it. And are you are you open to some travelling? So, position I was contact, It was, the request was coming from Brussels, but it was like almost remote. 03:54 They would like to see their freelancers once in a while, once per month. For example, on site. Are you open to some traveling?

04:04 Yes. In the last 10 years, I relocated to 10 different cities to be able to deliver the projects. Oh, wow. 04:14 So you really love to travel, right? It is part of my job. It is not love or hate though, but it's part of my job.

04:23 And you can check my LinkedIn and see. All different places that I worked. I worked in Switzerland, Qatar, Istanbul, United States, UK, Scotland, Ireland. 04:35 I did work in different locations. Do I pronounce your name correctly, Adam? Yes, Adam is correct. I use that name in the, Turkish languages, I use the rifat in the United States.

04:59 Interesting, why you have there so different? No, because once I get a call from a recruiter, I know which region they are coming. 05:07 Ah, interesting strategy. That's great. Yeah, so I'm sending the invitation to you. Right now, so we will be connected and it will be easier to to discuss future opportunities and what citizenship do you hold at the moment?

05:30 I have a Turkish citizenship in the UK. I have an indefinite lead to remain in the United States. I have a business visa.

05:47 Yes, for me to be able to work in the U.S., I have a company, and that company employs myself to be able to deliver C2C contracts, corp to corp contracts. 06:00 Okay, great, great. And what languages do you speak out of interest? So, probably you speak lots of them. I speak mostly in native languages, English and the Turkish, but I have, I did share my skill set video where there's, like, more than 400 skills that you should be able to see.

06:20 Did you receive the e-mail that I shared with you, Anna? I see it now. Alright, I will, I will also send you a link for the skill sets.

06:31 So what this is, if we are going to have a scoping call for a customer, what you can do is you can select all the skills, and I explained, everything in detail for your customer and for yourself.

06:44 I will also send that link for you, for the skill set. So what you can do is you can use that link to be able to hand pick the skills that you want for me to be able to deliver them for your customer.

06:57 I create courses on Udemy for San Francisco based company. And I have all of these skills on a hands-on manner.

07:07 I can go to onsite in Amman. I can go onsite in Africa or in any place of the world and deliver them hands-on.

07:15 And I share this with thousands of people over that company called Udemy. I see, I see, yeah. Thank you for the, all the clarifications, all the documents.

07:26 You are really prepared. On one of the documents, I see that your expected salary, is $100,000 per year, right? Yes, I averaged around $200,000 in my last five years.

07:44 So, $100,000 is the, you optimal estimate. I sometimes go lower, sometimes go higher. So, but I will definitely adapt to what the customer needs, especially for a short-term project, like for a month, two months, or three months.

08:00 I might get interested and you get to accept the lower rate, but most of the time I'm a top rated contractor, meaning people want me on site because there's a problem.

08:14 Yeah, I see. I see. And I also see that your hourly rate is a hundred. It's not stated which currency.

08:24 It is in dollars also. It's in dollars for the Americans. It's in dollars, yes. Yeah. Okay. Okay. So for Europe it will be like a hundred euro or you can take that as a guidance, that number.

08:40 But those numbers are for the guidance. So these are not, I will definitely go with the customer's numbers. Meaning if the customer offers me $300 per day, not $1,000 per day, I might.

08:53 Go with that customer if I don't have a ongoing contract at that time. So that doesn't mean that I will never ever take it though, but it is unlikely that I will not I get a contract offer.

09:11 Okay. Okay. Got it. And you're, I see that you're available as soon as possible, right? Yes. Right now I'm only building a course for.

09:20 AWS right now, when I get a contract, I stopped my course deliver the contract and the contract finishes. I will continue with my course.

09:30 I see. And do you have any preferences? No, I'm very technology agnostic. I worked in Microsoft as a cloud solution architect.

09:40 Right now I'm creating a course for AWS. I also got accepted to Google. So if I. If I was working in Google, I will tell her for the Google stack.

09:51 But from time to time, I do change my stack. Meaning right now I'm creating an AWS course for the world for the world to get search. 10:01 So that is my aim right now. So there's not one stack. If you look at the skills metrics, it's a motion page. 10:09 There is a search on the notion page. What you can do is you can have a category from A to Z from the years for the self rating for my recent ones and for the categories as well you should be able to sort them out.

10:27 Okay, okay. Thank you. So I suppose that's it from my side at the moment. I have all the documentation from you.

10:36 Thank you for that and have the initial information. So I will definitely keep you in mind for future opportunities. So, my responsibility is freelancing roles in Benelux region.

10:53 But I also have a colleague in my company, Southern May, I have a colleague who is doing contract roles in Great Britain, and we also have entities in New York and Los Angeles.

11:07 So I will share your profile with information about your profile with my colleagues, so once we have something interesting for you, we will definitely reach out, send you an email or give you a call.

11:20 So I will be happy to stay in touch. What kind of stuff or are you guys like Accenture? Which company are you guys more closely?

11:41 Sorry, I didn't get it. Could you repeat? Are you guys a closer company to an Accenture? Like an agency, upward like an agency, or a crossover like an agency? 11:53 So we act as a recliner. Alright. So yeah, so we're not like, hmmm, I don't know how to how to, so, we're not That's a big association.

12:14 For example, but yeah, we act as a pure recruitment consultant, so we help, we help our partners to fill their positions and you guys are that close to manpower. 12:29 I did work for manpower in the past. You guys are closest to manpower. You guys are a higher engagement seat for your customers.

12:38 Is that correct? Yes, that is correct. Alright, I did work for manpower and I have very good references from them as well.

12:50 Okay, yeah, good. So if you have any more questions or some information, please feel free to reach out to me by LinkedIn or email.

13:01 And once I have something interesting for you, I will definitely let you know. Alright, thank you very much for your time.

13:07 Yeah, thank you for your time as well. Enjoy Friday evening and the weekend. Alright, you too. Take care. Cheers. Thank you.
