Video production Maturity Model Updates

This is my retrospective for the period between January 2, 2023 and August 2023 regarding video production. Initially, I had an idea to work with a director, but I decided to send DevOps engineering as a cohort and focus on building my skills for creating Udemy courses instead of recruiting additional directors. Adding more directors would increase operation costs without adding value to the customer crucial stage, so I need to focus on MVP and even with the contractors. I hire them on an hourly basis, but there is a minimum number of hours required for me to ask questions to improve my skills, such as video editing, copywriting, or design, and create an MVP. My main focus is to ensure that I concentrate on building the MVP. Contractors are not focused on building an MVP, but I will ask for their time and ask them questions to improve my skills.

Stages in business of the video production. It is better to hit the brakes and make sure the direction is correct rather than hard working.
