Basic Config
VLC to be able to get the stream
Maybe i could set this up in protect CL proxmox with the windows machine.
Windows machine can push the data to the cloud.
on premise one would have less frame drops
Start the embed url fast when the upload completes
Embedded player has the unique google id not the file name > easy to get

Still Google might not let you do that to the audience
Powershell to move recording to nas makes more sense over ftp.
