PCI Lanes and the block diagram for sage wifi

I have an AMD 3995x 64 cores/128 thread and an Asus Sage wifi wrx80 motherboard.

5 out of 7 PCIe lanes are used.

I am likely that you have run out of PCIe lanes.

As I have issues with your PCIe devices.

Elgato capture card can not get the signal from the HDMI sources. how do I know how many PCIe lanes are available and how they are distributed across your system at operation time ?
