Elgato with No signal issues

I have been experiencing issues with my Elgato Cam Link 4K card. Specifically, it refuses to work without a restart, and I have been unable to include it in OBS and Xsplit. Frustrated by this problem, I contacted customer support to seek assistance in resolving the issue. My journey with customer support has been an interesting one so far. Initially, I was put on hold for quite some time before finally being connected with a customer service representative. However, once I was connected, the representative was very helpful and listened attentively to my issue. They provided me with some useful troubleshooting steps to try, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Despite this, I was impressed with the level of support I received, and I am hopeful that we will be able to find a solution to this problem. I will continue to update this post as I receive further assistance from customer support.
