At the start or a pivot stage we go back to being a single creator and it is ok to get support from mentors/contractors in an inverted workflow on hourly basis and watch them and ask questions.
When there is an MVP that shows some organic traffic. Than it is time to get support from contractors in a direct style. Give them statement of works they can deliver to help. The goal is to get validated with paid customers.
When there is paid customers than it is still not the time to get the support from permanent employees but move on to an hourly work style with contractors and get more dedicated time and check if the value that is getting created scales up.
If that scales up with profitable customers than it is time to get dedicated support and create a business around the video production on dedicated staff.
